For projects requiring photography, Nicki regularly collaborates with photographer partner Lol Johnson, combining creative direction, styling and photography to create complete visual campaigns and content.

For larger-scale, immersive and experiential projects, Nicki works alongside co-founder Carol Maxwell through Styled Story. Together, they create imaginative installations, festive schemes, events and brand activations designed to be experienced, explored and remembered.
